For many people in positions of power throughout the United States, the issue of employee retention is a very serious one indeed. After all, employee retention is something that has proven to be quite the pressing problem, especially when you look at the wealth of data that has been collected on the subject. This data shows clearly that more than two and a half million people left their positions in the June of 2015 alone.
